Refund Policy
At Saranda Holiday, we do our best to be flexible while ensuring fair planning for all our guests. Please read our policy below regarding cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling:
Customer Cancellations & Refunds
You may cancel your booking at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund of your deposit.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure are non-refundable.
Rescheduling Your Tour
You are welcome to reschedule your tour up to 12 hours before departure, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests made less than 12 hours in advance cannot be guaranteed and may be treated as a cancellation.
Company Cancellations
If we must cancel your tour due to bad weather, technical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund, or you may opt to reschedule your tour, depending on availability.
No-Shows
If you do not arrive for your scheduled tour and have not contacted us in advance, your booking will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.
